Payday Social operates an affiliate platform that connects promoters, influencers, and creators with app campaigns and tracks the results they generate. Protecting your privacy and the security of your personal data is a core responsibility. This notice explains what information we collect from affiliates, how we use it, with whom we share it, and the choices you have.
This policy applies to personal data collected through the Payday Social affiliate platform and related services. It does not apply to information collected through third-party sites or services you may interact with during campaigns.

1. Information We Collect

Identification

Examples: Name, preferred name, mailing address, email address, phone number, date of birth
How we receive it: Provided by you during sign-up, onboarding forms, surveys, or support requests

Account and Profile

Examples: Social media handles, channel URLs, profile photos, biography, content niches
How we receive it: Provided by you or sourced from your public profiles when you link platforms

Financial and Tax

Examples: Bank details, PayPal address, taxpayer identification, W-9 or W-8 forms, payment history
How we receive it: Collected from you to process payouts and for tax compliance

Performance Metrics

Examples: Clicks, installs, sign-ups, purchases, conversions, earnings, retention rates
How we receive it: Collected through tracking links, affiliate pixels, and third-party attribution APIs

Content Data

Examples: Promotional materials, links, captions, creatives, feedback recordings
How we receive it: Uploaded or created by you within our platform or sent via email, Discord, or Loom

Usage and Technical

Examples: Login timestamps, IP address, device type, browser, pages viewed, session duration, cookies
How we receive it: Collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies. During affiliate account creation, your IP address is used to determine your signup country for compliance and fraud prevention purposes.

Communications

Examples: Messages with our team, comments in Discord, help desk tickets, call recordings
How we receive it: Collected when you contact us or take part in coaching sessions

2. Reasons We Use Your Data

We handle personal data so we can:
  • Create and manage your Payday Social affiliate account
  • Track affiliate link performance and calculate commissions
  • Process payouts and meet book-keeping and tax obligations
  • Match you with brand campaigns and opportunities
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and support through email, Discord, or other channels
  • Analyze campaign success, improve our platform, and develop new features
  • Send operational notices, product updates, payment confirmations, and required legal disclosures
  • Market Payday Social opportunities that may interest you
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents and enforce our terms
  • Comply with laws and respond to lawful requests by public authorities
We rely on at least one of these legal bases: performance of a contract, legitimate interests that do not override your rights, compliance with a legal obligation, or your consent where required.

3. Sharing Your Information

We may share data in these situations:

Service Providers

We share data with partners who help us operate Payday Social, such as cloud hosting services, analytics tools, payment processors, customer support platforms, and email service providers. These vendors only use your data as instructed by us.

Affiliate Clients (Brands/Advertisers)

If you participate in an affiliate campaign, we may share aggregated or anonymized performance data with the advertiser. Personally identifiable data is only shared when required to fulfill the campaign, comply with legal obligations, or if you explicitly request it.

Professional Advisors

Our accountants, lawyers, and insurers may access your data when necessary, under confidentiality obligations.

Legal Compliance

We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, or government investigation, or to enforce our Terms of Service.

Business Transfers

We reserve the right to assign or transfer your information, without notice, to any current or future affiliate, subsidiary, parent company, or as part of any merger, acquisition, sale of assets, financing, or similar business transaction. Any entity that receives your data will be required to honor this Privacy Policy unless and until it is amended.

With Your Consent

If you request that we share your data for a testimonial, content highlight, or social media feature, we will only do so with your permission.
We never sell affiliate personal data.

We and our partners use cookies, local storage, tracking pixels (including Facebook/Meta Pixel), and similar technologies to:
  • Keep you signed in and remember your preferences
  • Measure campaign performance and website traffic
  • Track conversions and optimize advertising campaigns
  • Attribute installs or sign-ups to your affiliate link
  • Detect fraud and improve security

Analytics and Advertising Partners

We use third-party analytics and advertising tools to improve our services and measure campaign effectiveness, including:
  • Google Analytics for website traffic analysis
  • Facebook/Meta Pixel and Conversions API for conversion tracking and advertising optimization
  • Attribution partners for campaign performance measurement
These partners may collect information about your interactions with our platform through cookies and similar technologies. This helps us understand how affiliates discover and use our platform and ensures accurate tracking for payouts.
You can disable cookies via your browser or device settings, though some parts of the platform may not function properly if cookies are blocked.

5. Communications

By creating an affiliate account, you agree to receive:
  • Transactional emails about your account, payments, and campaigns
  • Marketing communications about new opportunities, updates, and affiliate tips
  • Important notices about changes to our terms or policies
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each email. You will still receive transactional and legal notices.
Email: Transactional and service messages are sent automatically. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link.
Push or in-app notices: You can change notification settings in your device or browser.
Discord or similar channels: Coaches or staff may contact you directly regarding affiliate performance or feedback.

6. Data Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed to:
  • provide the services you requested
  • meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements
  • resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect our interests
When data is no longer necessary, we delete or anonymize it.

7. Security

Data is stored on secure servers operated by providers such as Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud. We use encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, regular backups, and internal policies that restrict access.
No internet system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute protection. You use the service at your own risk, but we take reasonable measures to safeguard your information.

8. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Request deletion of data that is no longer needed
  • Limit or object to certain processing activities
  • Receive a copy of your data in a machine-readable format

  • Categories of third parties with whom data is shared
  • Deletion of personal information collected

10. Additional Information for Residents of the European Economic Area or United Kingdom

Payday Social is the data controller for affiliate information. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority if you believe we have infringed your rights.
International transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful safeguards. Some of our service providers may store or process data outside your home country. Where applicable, we implement safeguards to ensure adequate protection of your personal data across borders.

11. Children

Payday Social's affiliate platform is intended for individuals aged eighteen years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that we have collected data from someone under eighteen, we will delete it promptly.

12. Third-Party Links

Our platform or communications may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services that are not operated or controlled by Payday Social. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before sharing any personal data.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of the page and post the new version here. Your continued use of Payday Social after any update means you accept the revised policy.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

This Privacy Policy and any disputes arising under it are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
By using Payday Social, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy between you and PoolHall LLC (dba Payday Social) arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy will be resolved through binding individual arbitration, and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
The arbitration will take place in Fulton County, Georgia, and will be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You and Payday Social waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
This clause survives the termination of this Privacy Policy or your use of the platform.
